UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Samuel Micaiah Johnson was born at Grace Hospital on Friday, September 19th, 2003 at 11:18 am. Dr. Hall performed the C-section. Samuel entered this world at 8 lbs., 14.6 ounces and was 20.9 inches long.
